This is a “socially prescribed use of words.”
People in a particular social position must use language appropriate to it.
Vocal production, vocabulary, intonation, pitch, and volume all become formalized.
Furthermore, following language use, influences extend to facial expressions, emotional expression, clothes, hairstyles, movement, habits, and even political ideology, religious belief, views of life and death, and cosmology.
