Ancient Rome's first calendar was created in the 8th century BCE, reportedly by Romulus, called Rome's founder. This “Romulean calendar” had only 10 months and a year of 304 days.
古代ローマにおいて、初めて暦が作られたのは紀元前8世紀で、ローマ建国の祖と呼ばれるロムルス(Romulus)の手によるものとされている。 この「ロムルス暦」は10ケ月しかなく1年が304日であった。
