Hebb's law is a law concerning synaptic plasticity in the brain. It is also called Hebb's rule or Hebbian rule. Proposed by psychologist Donald Hebb. At synapses, the junctions between neurons, when repeated firing of a presynaptic neuron causes a postsynaptic neuron to fire, the synapse's transmission efficiency increases.
