Fascism, simply put, is authoritarianism. Fascism is a political system or ideology that actively uses mass mobilization, advocates nationalism disregarding civil liberties and human rights, and suppresses opposition. Representative examples are Mussolini’s Fascist Party and Germany’s Nazi Party. They legally dissolved all political parties except their own and established one-party dictatorships.
