Baritone is the male vocal range between bass and tenor, and a singer covering it. When male voices are divided into two ranges, it is classified with bass. Typical baritone range is approximately G2–G4, or around A2–F4 in choirs. Bass clef is often used for notation, while baritone clef is seldom used today.
