“Butsui” means Buddha’s heart, wishes, will, or intentions. As a Buddhist term, it is used for Buddha’s compassionate heart, plans for salvation, and so forth.
「仏意(ぶつい)」とは、仏の心、仏の思し召し、または仏の意思や意図を意味する言葉です。仏教用語として、仏の慈悲深い心や、救済の計画などを指す場合に使われます。
