Seigo Matsuoka is a Japanese businessman, editor, and writer. Representative director of Seigo Matsuoka Office, director of the Editorial Engineering Laboratory, principal of the ISIS School of Editing, director of Renshi Renshukai, and director of the Kadokawa Musashino Museum. From Kyoto. Has served as visiting professor at the University of Tokyo and professor at Tezukayama Gakuin University.
