https://nagano.art.museum/fog_sculptures “Fog Sculpture” is a “sculptural” work created by spraying water at high pressure through special nozzles to produce large amounts of artificial “fog.” Influenced by the site’s terrain and weather, the generated fog fluctuates and disperses, covering everything and enveloping the surrounding landscape in a white world. It is considered a mediating “sculpture” resonating with nature: viewers can enter it and bodily experience the continually drifting fog that visualizes slight changes in the weather.
